She was not interpreting a few times was because they could lip read. Which was another part of the story that made me very angry. All the Deaf could lip read. As we all know that is not true! I watched cold case with my husband and was very dissatisfied with it. The writers really do not have a clue. There were no interpreters, especially when police are questioning a suspect. Hello civil rights!! Her speaking to the police in front of Deaf parents is giving the message that it is ok and that they can lipread everything what they said. <BR/><BR/>Lack of exposing Deaf teachers is another thing!
