I hope that someone can "save" their house. It's for Lance's sake.

Would it not be nice if Bush would bail out $1 million to 300 million Americans so they would be covered by health insurance if he could bail out Wall Street, Freddie May-Fannie Mae, banks, auto makers?

Too bad, Bush is VERY materialistic!

Jean,

Yep, the federal TARP program have been existed for years.

Why not the Bush iI adminstration apply the TARP program to make sure that the homeowners do not lose their homes due to predatory loan practices.

The Bush iI legacy will be about his own selfish vision for America to be largely corporatized and make a lot of $$$ for the Corporate America.

You see that President Bush and the GOP purposefully caused the federal budget deficits go higher to make the room for bankers to reap the large finanical profits from the government payments on interest rate. $435 million interest rates every year since Bush took the office.
